Embed appointments, videos and maps

Online appointment booking, YouTube videos or a map on the contact page – EasyWeb AI embeds them in a privacy-friendly way: third-party content only loads after a click.

1. Online appointments

   • Choose a booking tool (e.g. Calendly or a solution for your industry) and set up your services and times there.
   • In the booking tool, copy the link or embed code and paste it into the AI Editor: “Embed the appointment booking on the Contact page”.

2. Videos

   • On YouTube or Vimeo, click “Share” on the video and copy the link.
   • In the AI Editor: “Add this video to the About us section” plus the link.

3. Map

   • Simply tell the AI Editor: “Show a map with our address on the contact page”.

4. Privacy Policy

   • Visitors first see a notice and load the content with one click – so no cookie banner is needed.
   • Name the embedded services in your Privacy Policy.
