Getting started with EasyWeb AI

How to keep your website up to date with EasyWeb AI – in plain sentences, no technical skills needed.

  1. Complete company profile

    • In the customer area, under “Company profile”, enter your address, phone, email, opening hours and offering.
    • EasyWeb AI keeps this information consistent on all pages – if you change something in the profile, EasyWeb AI can update the website everywhere on request.

  2. Tell the AI Editor what should change

    • For example “From November we are open until 4 pm on Saturdays” or “Replace the cover image with this photo”.
    • You can send photos, PDFs or Word files along directly.

  3. Check the preview

    • Every change appears first as a draft – on computer and phone.
    • If you don’t like something: “Undo” or simply say what should be different.

  4. Publish

    • Visitors only see the change once you click “Publish”.
    • Any earlier version can be restored under “Versions”.

  5. Get ready to launch

    • The “Get your website ready” card in the overview shows what is still missing – such as the legal notice, privacy policy or your own domain. Each item can be completed with one click.
